1.2 Usage Data

We collect data about how you use the platform including presentations created, sessions run, AI credits used, and features accessed. This helps us improve the service.

1.3 Participant Data

Participants who join sessions provide a nickname (which may be anonymous) and their responses. IP addresses may be logged for security purposes but are not shared with hosts. Participants may enable Anonymous Mode to use a randomly generated name.

1.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. We retain transaction amounts, dates, and plan information.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve our platform
• To send service-related emails including session reports and account notifications
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To provide customer support
• To detect and prevent fraud or misuse
• To generate anonymised analytics about platform usage

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

We share data only with:

• Service providers — email delivery, payment processing, hosting infrastructure
• AI providers — content sent to AI features is processed by our AI partner (OpenAI) subject to their privacy policy

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Session response data is retained for analytics purposes for 2 years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@btsfn.com.
